We serve clients and job seekers in the areas of technology and staffing on a national level. SIRIS caters to Fortune 500 clients in various verticals such as Information Technology, Financial, Pharmaceutical, Energy, Manufacturing, Telecom, Government, Entertainment, and more.
Our consultants have the experience in consulting and delivering solutions according to our client expectations. They start with a very detailed exercise to listen and understand the business solution that the client wants to build. At this stage – we generally involve an onsite subject matter expert. For example – if it is a retail client – we involve a retail expert, if it is a Healthcare client – we involve a Healthcare expert.
The business case is documented in detail and re-checked with the client. This will have very detailed requirements – screen by screen. Only after this document is signed off – we move to the wireframes.
Once the requirements are approved, the team starts work on the wire-frames and process flows, with detailed notations on critical business rules. This is a unique combination of the trial – where the client gets to feel the application and approve the same.
The build happens under an Agile / Scrum environment with periodical updates to the client. This means very little surprises and on time delivery. Also, we enforce peer to peer reviews to enhance quality and code hygiene.
Built solutions will be tested in real-time platforms with simulated volumes. We have a team very experienced in testing applications with over 15 years of experience. Tests are documented in detail with results and shared with clients, to enable them do incremental testing and thereby saving time.
Once the solution is fully tested and approved by the client, we roll out the solution as desired. Generally, there will be a heavy involvement of onsite personnel in this phase as needed. We assure 24×7 support in the period immediately after launch.
In all cases we offer free support for 45 days after roll out to fix any minor issues etc. After that generally we enter into a support / maintenance arrangement with clients.
